The Capability Is There. The Need Is There. The Challenge Is the Connection. Higher education already has extraordinary expertise, talent, facilities, research capabilities, and other resources. At the same time, employers, government agencies, nonprofits, and community organizations have problems to solve, questions to answer, talent needs to fill, and opportunities to offer. Too often, connecting the two depends on knowing where to look, whom to call, or who happens to know whom. University-Connect was created to bridge that gap. It is a two-way marketplace where external organizations can discover and engage higher education's capabilities or bring forward their own needs and opportunities. The goal is simple: make it easier for the two sides to find each other, connect, and create value together.

The platform doesn't replace the people who build partnerships. It helps more of the right opportunities reach them. Institutions remain in control of how engagement occurs, while relationships develop directly between the people and organizations involved.
